Let’s say the critical incident, whatever it is, is now over. What are your plans to get people back together after the critical event, particularly getting the right children to the right adult? The world we live in is rapidly changing with school and church shootings becoming more and more frequent. The first step is to ramp up and commit to prayer. I recommend that your next step is to create a safe plan that all of your ministry leaders have buy in to the plan.

A Must for Ministry Leaders
This podcast is a perfect resource to help ensure your ministry has a plan in place to help keep those you lead and love safe. Bob’s 30+ years of ministry experience and 40+ years of law enforcement and emergency management brings a needed perspective to safety in church. He also does a great job of keeping the segments small enough that I can listen to them on the way to work or while I work out. I highly recommend this podcast to all who serve in ministry in any capacity.
